Terms & Conditions
1. Open to all UK, CI and IoM residents except employees and their immediate families of the Scottish Government, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Bulk or 3rd party entries will not be accepted.
2. To enter the draw you must be a UK resident aged 16 and under at the time of entry and have full permission from parents or parental guardian.
3. Closing date for entries is 31/12/09.
4. Only one entry per person per day.
5. To enter, visit www.theriderz.com and enter via the applicable competition page.
6. The winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision within 28 days of the competition closing date. The winner will be contacted by email after that date.
7. Prizes: There is one set of 4 bikes to be won: 2 x Carrera Crossfire Adult Bikes (1 women’s, 1 men’s); 2 x Carrera Blast Children’s Bikes; 2 x Adult helmets; 2 x Child helmets; bike locks; lights; puncture repair kits; pumps and hi-vi bands.
8. No cash or other alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of
circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to provide
alternative similar prizes of equal or greater value.
9. No responsibility will be taken for delayed, lost or non-transmitted entries.
10. Winner’s name will be made available by sending a SAE to Cycling Scotland, 24, Blythswood Square, Glasgow, G2 4BG.
11. The promoter's decision is final on all matters relating to the promotion.
